Using the service
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Mail Service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Plans, billing, and changes
Plan price, billing cadence, storage, mailbox, and alias limits are the values presented during purchase. Administrators may change available plans prospectively, with notice where required.
Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider. Taxes, renewal behavior, and cancellation timing are shown in the applicable checkout or account interface.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful content, credential theft, unauthorized access, or activity that harms users, infrastructure, or third parties.
Reasonable technical limits may be enforced to protect deliverability, availability, and security. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional detail.
Availability and service changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to address security, legal, technical, or operational needs.
Mailbox provisioning and payment state are separate. A payment confirmation does not itself prove that mailbox provisioning has completed.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to direct, foreseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
